A. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Planning (20%):
- Researching to deep understanding client's briefs in terms of customer insight, market , brand characters, event format,…
- Joining brainstorming and contribute creative ideas, support to recap meeting minutes.
- Developing proposal (party or wholesome) under the directions of line manager.
2. Project Management (80%):
- Preparing contact reports, working schedules, project reports, scripts as guided from supervisor.
- Preparing financial support document for the projects.
- Preparing logistic tasks for the projects.
- Alerting/ Reporting to direct supervisor potential issues, problems during execution.
B. SKILLS:
1. Soft skills:
- Good time management.
- Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
- Patience and passion.
- Aesthetic, adaptable, tenacious, systematic, innovative and insightful.
- Must be able to handle pressure well.
2. Competency skills:
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamic requirements.
- Good written skills, particularly in relation to proposals and presentation.
- Good English in verbal and written communication.
- Travel to the client may be required.
- Professional appearance and personal.
- Proven track record of delivery on projects in terms of time.
- Excellent people skills and the ability to work with a wide range of people.
- Working long hours, especially under tight deadlines.
