• Manage and grow relationships with enterprise customers and strategic partners.
• Identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions that align with Ricoh’s offerings.
• Collaborate with regional teams and multiple vendors to find the best-fit solutions for local implementation.
• Monitor customer issues closely and take direct action to resolve problems, even during critical periods such as holidays.
• Provide regular updates on project status and maintain contingency plans for unexpected challenges.
• Lead negotiations with customers and vendors to ensure balanced outcomes that meet both company and client expectations.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts in coordination with internal departments.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business objectives.
• Represent Ricoh professionally in meetings, presentations, and industry events.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in account management or enterprise direct sales. Open to candidates from 1 year of experience in direct sales/B2B customers.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and multi-stakeholder environments.
• Experience in IT solutions, document management, or enterprise services is a plus.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Vietnamese is an advantage.
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
