Job Description

Manage resident and building payments / Quản lý thanh toán cư dân và tòa nhà.
Issue invoices / Xuất hóa đơn.
Purchase goods within budget / Thu mua hàng hóa trong ngân sách.
Select and manage contractors / Lựa chọn và quản lý nhà thầu.
Ensure legal invoices / Đảm bảo hóa đơn hợp pháp.
Handle bank transfers / Xử lý chuyển khoản ngân hàng.
Coordinate payment processes / Phối hợp quy trình thanh toán.
Comply with cash advance procedures / Tuân thủ quy trình tạm ứng tiền mặt.
Verify and pay supplier bills / Kiểm tra và thanh toán hóa đơn nhà cung cấp.
Control cash flow / Kiểm soát dòng tiền.
Collect invoices / Thu thập hóa đơn.
Follow up on debts and inventory / Theo dõi công nợ và kiểm kê hàng hóa.
Manage inventory and deliveries / Quản lý tồn kho và giao nhận.

Job Requirement

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Banking / Tốt nghiệp ngành Kế toán, Tài chính – Ngân hàng.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills / Kỹ năng giao tiếp và đàm phán tốt.
Proficient in MS Office and accounting software / Sử dụng thành thạo MS Office và phần mềm kế toán.
At least 2 years of relevant experience, real estate management preferred / Ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm liên quan, ưu tiên trong quản lý bất động sản.
English communication skills / Anh ngữ giao tiếp.
Excellent writing skills / Kỹ năng viết lách tốt.
Proactive and willing to learn / Chủ động và sẵn sàng học hỏi.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities / Kỹ năng tổ chức và quản lý thời gian tốt.
Ability to work under pressure / Khả năng làm việc hiệu quả dưới áp lực.
