1. Financial Transactions /Ghi chép và xử lý giao dịch tài chính
- Record, process, and verify daily financial transactions in the accounting system. /Ghi nhận, kiểm tra và hạch toán các giao dịch tài chính phát sinh hàng ngày.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in data entry and transaction handling. /Đảm bảo các giao dịch được ghi nhận chính xác và kịp thời vào hệ thống phần mềm kế toán.
2. Accounts Payable and Receivable /Quản lý công nợ
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable and accounts payable. /Theo dõi và quản lý công nợ phải thu từ khách hàng và công nợ phải trả cho nhà cung cấp.
- Ensure timely payment of invoices to avoid late fees or penalties. /Đảm bảo thanh toán các hóa đơn đúng hạn, tránh phát sinh phí trễ hạn.
3. Invoicing and Documentation /Lập hóa đơn và chứng từ
- Issue invoices to customers and maintain proper records. /Xuất hóa đơn cho khách hàng.
- Collect, verify, and organize documents such as receipts, contracts, and financial statements… /Tổng hợp, kiểm tra, tổ chức và lưu trữ các chứng từ kế toán như biên lai, hợp đồng…
4. Reporting /Báo cáo
- Assist in preparing financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports. /Hỗ trợ chuẩn bị các báo cáo tài chính định kỳ (báo cáo thuế, báo cáo nội bộ, báo cáo lãi lỗ, báo cáo ngân sách).
- Assist in providing updates and analyses to support management decisions. /Hỗ trợ cung cấp các bản báo cáo cập nhật để hỗ trợ trong các quyết định quản trị.
5. Tax compliance and regulations /Thuế và tuân thủ pháp luật
- Ensure all accounting activities comply with local regulations, tax laws, and company policies. /Đảm bảo tất cả các hoạt động kế toán tuân thủ các quy định, luật thuế, tài chính - kế toán hiện hành và chính sách của công ty.
- Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation to auditors or tax authorities. /Hỗ trợ trong việc kiểm toán/thanh tra và cung cấp tài liệu cần thiết.
6. Document Management /Lưu trữ và quản lý tài liệu
- Maintain and store accounting documents securely and systematically. /Quản lý, lưu trữ hồ sơ, chứng từ kế toán theo quy định và có hệ thống.
- Ensure records are up to date and readily accessible when needed. /Đảm bảo hồ sơ được cập nhật và dễ dàng truy cập khi cần.
7. Cross-functional Support /Phối hợp và hỗ trợ các bộ phận khác
- Serve as the financial - accounting partner, providing financial - accounting advice and guidance for cross-departmental activities. /Đóng vai trò đối tác tài chính – kế toán cho Công ty, cung cấp tư vấn và hướng dẫn tài chính – kế toán cho các hoạt động liên phòng ban.
8. Transformation project /Dự án chuyển đổi số
- Participate in the project accounting system transformation. /Tham gia vào các dự án chuyển đổi hệ thống kế toán.
* Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned. /Đảm nhận các nhiệm vụ khác liên quan theo sự phân công của quản lý.
* Làm việc tại Vitox LLC - 130-132 Hồng Hà, P.Đức Nhuận, Tp.HCM
- Bachelor’s degree or above of in finance and accounting. /Tốt nghiệp đại học hoặc trên đại học chuyên ngành Kế toán.
- At least 2 year of experience experience. /Có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm tại vị trí liên quan.
- Effective data trending, document control, and technical bench skills. /Khả năng tổ chức, kiểm soát hiệu quả dữ liệu, tài liệu và kỹ năng làm việc nhóm.
- Strong problem-solving, training, team building. /Khả năng giải quyết vấn đề, đào tạo, xây dựng nhóm.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. /Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt bằng văn bản và lời nói.
- Good command of English (reading). /Thành thạo tiếng Anh (đọc).
- Be sociable, responsible, honest, careful, and dynamic at work. /Hòa đồng, có trách nhiệm, trung thực, cẩn thận và năng động trong công việc.
- Teamwork & independent working skills. /Kỹ năng làm việc nhóm và độc lập
- Communication and negotiation skills. /Kỹ năng giao tiếp và đàm phán
