Develop and implement plans for agent development;
Oversee agent sales activities and distribution of products according to company policies and regulations;
Update, consolidate, analyze, and report market information and competitor activities to propose and execute timely and effective actions;
Prepare reports and provide suggestions to ensure business activities align with medium- and long-term market changes;
Report to the General Director on agent market share and nationwide development effectiveness;

Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Economics, or related fields;
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in companies with 200 or more employees in construction, equipment, machinery, industrial products, banking, or 5 years in other fields;
In-depth knowledge of agent management;
Ability to assess, evaluate, and analyze the market;
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
