1. Recruitment & Onboarding (APAC-wide)
Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing, selection, and offer management for all APAC roles.
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and set clear KPIs for new hires.
Oversee onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless integration for new employees.
Track and support employees during their first 6 months, monitoring performance against KPIs and providing feedback loops with managers.
2. Employee Development & Training (APAC-wide)
Design and deliver training programs to support employee growth, leadership development, and compliance requirements.
Coordinate regional learning initiatives and ensure alignment with global HR strategies.
Monitor effectiveness of training programs and adjust based on employee and manager feedback.
3. HR Administration (Vietnam-focused)
Handle HR operations in Vietnam, including employment contracts, payroll coordination, social insurance, and compliance with local labor laws.
Oversee administrative responsibilities such as office/building maintenance, vendor management, and health & safety requirements.
Manage visa and work permit processes for expatriates and visiting employees.
Act as the first point of contact for all HR-related queries in Vietnam.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including regional or multi-country exposure preferred.
Strong knowledge of Vietnam labor law and HR administrative practices.
Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
Demonstrated ability to design and roll out employee training programs.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across cultures.
Fluent in English and Vietnamese (written & spoken).
