AR Accountant - Nhân viên kế toán

Job Description

Phu My Hung Development is looking for Receivable Accountant Officer who is mainly in charge:

• Check documents of receipts, daily cash receiving report.
• Follow up shop leasing projects: update the rental term, rental fee, and service charges based on contracts.
• Upload the payment schedule of the contract.
• Issue VAT invoice.Prepare and maintain documents about leasing project.
• Monthly closing and preparing relevant report/statements.
• Supporting manager/head of team for ad-hoc work.
• Others assigned by head of team.

Job Requirement

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in related fields: Accounting/Auditing
• Have 1-2 years of experience in Accounting/Auditing
• Have experience working in construction industry is preferred
• Computer literate can communicate in English
• Have good communication skills
• Strong commercial sense, analytical, and research skills.

Another request: You will have to take an Accounting Test (45 minutes & Multiple-choice) while interview.
