Job Description

SALARY : VND 30M - 60M

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Sales Management:
    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet sales goals within the assigned territory.
    • Ensure that both sell-in and sell-out targets are achieved or surpassed.
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to steer team efforts and adjust strategies as needed.
  2. Team Leadership:
    • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Representatives to hit individual and team targets.
    • Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and offer constructive feedback to team members.
  3. Market Penetration and Expansion:
    • Identify new business opportunities and expand the network by opening additional C1 and C2 accounts in the territory.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including C1 customers, C2 intermediaries, and farmers.
    • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging market trends.
  4. Sales Operations:
    • Ensure efficient and effective product distribution from C1 to C2 and directly to farmers.
    • Oversee inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce excess inventory.
    • Collaborate with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely product delivery.
  5. Financial Management:
    • Ensure timely customer payments and manage overdue accounts.
    • Monitor and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and overall financial performance.
    • Work closely with the Finance Team to track due and overdue customer statuses, implementing strategies to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding receivables.
  6. Reporting and Analysis:
    • Prepare and present regular sales reports to the Sales Head for Zone 1 or Zone 2.
    • Utilize data and analytics to inform sales strategies and decision-making processes.
    • Continuously monitor and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and financial outcomes.
  7. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and effectively.
    • Conduct regular customer visits and meetings to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Job Requirement

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales within the agriculture sector or related fields, with a proven track record in a managerial role.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in analyzing sales data and market trends.
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel within the designated territory as required.
