Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet sales goals within the assigned territory.
Ensure that both sell-in and sell-out targets are achieved or surpassed.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to steer team efforts and adjust strategies as needed.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Representatives to hit individual and team targets.
Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team.
Conduct regular performance reviews and offer constructive feedback to team members.
Market Penetration and Expansion:
Identify new business opportunities and expand the network by opening additional C1 and C2 accounts in the territory.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including C1 customers, C2 intermediaries, and farmers.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging market trends.
Sales Operations:
Ensure efficient and effective product distribution from C1 to C2 and directly to farmers.
Oversee inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce excess inventory.
Collaborate with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely product delivery.
Financial Management:
Ensure timely customer payments and manage overdue accounts.
Monitor and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and overall financial performance.
Work closely with the Finance Team to track due and overdue customer statuses, implementing strategies to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding receivables.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare and present regular sales reports to the Sales Head for Zone 1 or Zone 2.
Utilize data and analytics to inform sales strategies and decision-making processes.
Continuously monitor and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and financial outcomes.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and effectively.
Conduct regular customer visits and meetings to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales within the agriculture sector or related fields, with a proven track record in a managerial role.
Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related field.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in analyzing sales data and market trends.
Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Willingness to travel within the designated territory as required.
