Job Description
Overview
Assist the Board of Directors (BOD), Project Manager in the daily operations of the Company. Ability to work independently on projects, from concept to completion and sometimes must be able to work under pressure to handle multiple activities and security issues with caution.
Responsibility
1. Board of Directors meetings:
- Collect documents, prepare logistics before the meeting, adjust meeting schedule when there are changes.
- Prepare and issue meeting minutes for Board of Directors meetings according to the prescribed time.
- Monitor and urge relevant parties to implement work content according to the Board of Directors meeting minutes
2. Receive and check official dispatches, files, documents from departments for approval by the Chairman/Board of Directors, ensuring content and progress of signing.
3. Translate documents and files as required by the Board of Directors. Ensure translation content is accurate and timely.
4. Business trips of the BOM:
- Carry out logistics work.
- nsure business trips comply with Company regulations.
5. Carry out periodic/arising reports of the Board of Directors to the Chairman/Leader of Nam Long ADC.
6. Archive records and documents of the Board of Directors.
7. Other tasks as required by the Board of Directors and Project Director.
