Job Description

JOB SCOPE SUMMARY:

The Assistant Wellness Manager supports the Wellness Manager in overseeing the overall operations, guest experience, and financial performance of the hotel’s wellness sector, including Spa, Fitness Center, and Pool to ensure the smooth functioning of wellness areas, maintaining high guest satisfaction, and supporting operational and financial goals. As a core member of the wellness team, the Assistant Wellness Manager will actively participate in managing staff, coordinating services, and implementing initiatives to enhance the overall guest experience.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

- Support the implementation of new treatments, service packages, and promotions.

- Manage the team to achieve revenue goals as set by the Wellness Manager.

- Assist in planning and monitoring budgets for wellness facilities, ensuring cost control and profitability.

- Handle guest complaints and inquiries; escalate to the Wellness Manager as needed.

- Conduct regular training sessions on customer service, technical skills, and wellness trends.

Job Requirement

• At least a vocational certification.
• At least 3 years of experience in Wellness Center supervision and management.
• Passion for wellness, health, and hospitality.
• Fluent communication in English.
• Proficiency in computer literacy.
• Problem-solving skills, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
