Role Overview
Lead and grow Unilever’s direct-to-consumer and B2B e-commerce platforms—Ushop and UPro—by managing end-to-end business operations, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring seamless platform and logistics performance. This role is pivotal in driving digital transformation and expanding Unilever’s reach across consumer and professional segments. Think of it as running a business within the business—where your decisions influence how Unilever sells online.
Key Responsibilities
• Strategize & Operate: Lead pricing, promotion, and assortment planning to drive growth and profitability.
• Merchandise & Communicate: Ensure products are well-presented and campaigns are engaging across digital touchpoints.
• Develop Partnerships: Manage and expand B2B/B2C relationships—from existing partners like Panasonic to new customers across industries.
• Oversee Execution: Coordinate with IT, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure platform performance, stock availability, and delivery excellence.
• Grow the Ecosystem: Continuously improve platform features, launch new initiatives, and scale both Ushop and UPro to serve evolving customer needs.
• DT D4C - Design for channel: Design and implement thematic programs that inspire retailer participation, boost retailer loyalty, and drive sustained growth.
