B2C Marketing Supervisor will assist Head of Marketing full-time & execute successfully (on time, in full) all strategies/actions defined for B2C Marketing Activities. This position will actively drive Branding activities, and manage B2C Product Portfolio. This position also requires building relationships with relevant project stakeholders ie. Distributors, Retailers, Design & Build Contractors.
This is also expected to work more independently and engage more closely with other functions to drive Marketing Plan successfully.
1. Branding activities:
Propose and implement creative ideas for POSM, and marketing operations ie. Brand stories, brand communications, brand campaigns...
Assist in the development, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns ie. product launching, seminars, workshops.
Proactively build relationships with relevant project stakeholders ie. Distributors, Retailers, Contractors for Trade Activities in the specific areas.
2. Customer Engagement activities:
Plan and execute for annual customer engagement activities in the specific year.
Developing commercial toolboxes, including sell-in materials for the sales teams, and in-store (POS) materials for the retailers.
Working closely with Brand Activation team to commercialize brand plans ie product display, launching events, customer events (Year-end party event, Trips), loyalty programs, pricing and promotions.
Building relationships with key suppliers, Distributors, and Retailers to implement well the given trade plans.
3. Product-related - Management:
Oversee Bag Products and ensure smooth assistant for Sales & Brand Activation team on Product documents ie. product brochure/leaflet, campaigns collaterals...
4. Budget management:
Propose sufficient budgets for all activities and well planned for yearly/quarterly and monthly spending.
Managing the spend and allocating the Advertising & Promotion (A&P) budget across all channels
Job Requirement
Any Bachelor’s Degree is acceptable.
3 - 5 years working experience in Marketing field
Working in Same level - Assistant Brand Manager, working in Building industry and hands-on experience in marketing, advertising, market research, marketing analytics, consumer behavior among other related fields is a plus.
Strong in identifying trends and challenges as well as making informed forecasts about market trends and other implications from the data review.
Excellence in communication and interpersonal skills
Good in project management and multi-task management skills
Excellent in using MOS Office
