Bank Payment Accountant

Job Description

The accountant will process payments through the State Treasury and banks, and provide assistance to the Head and Deputy Head of the Finance–Accounting Department in all activities as required. These duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide 1st step of guidance as well as check all documents and information related to payment when receiving document from staff;
• Record transactions and make payment;
• Support colleagues in Finance department in Tax reconciliation;
• Move to state treasury and bank for making payment as well as receiving payment slip;
• Make reconciliation on state budget grant usage with State treasury;
• Make report monthly to Head of Finance department and Chief accountant about the balance of state budget account and tuition fee account at state treasury;
• File documents: All payment voucher;
• Update and ensure new regulations on payment budget through State treasury;

Job Requirement

1. Qualification: 

• Bachelor's degree in related field finance, accounting, administrative.
• Chief accountant certificated is preferred.

2. Experiences:  Minimum 2 years experience in accounting, specially in unit administrative accounting. 

3. Knowledge: 

• Well-understands about accounting procedures
• Knowledge about all kind of tax

4. Skills

• Be able to communicate in English
• Knowing German is an advantage
• Good computing skills (Word, Excel, PPT,…)
• Good communication skills
