BIM/CAD ENGINEER – HVAC & PLUMBING

Job Description

• 3D Modeling: Develop detailed 3D models for HVAC and Plumbing systems (pumps, valves, AHUs, fans, ductwork, piping, etc.) using Revit, Navisworks, or similar BIM tools.
• LOD Development: Support the creation of models aligned with required Levels of Development (up to LOD 500) for fabrication, installation, and as-built documentation.
• Technical Coordination: Collaborate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams to resolve clashes and ensure fully coordinated designs.
• Drawing Documentation: Prepare technical drawings using AutoCAD or comparable CAD software.
• Data Updating: Maintain and update system and equipment information within the BIM model to ensure accurate as-built records.
• Standards Compliance: Follow BIM standards, workflows, and project-specific procedures.

Job Requirement

Education
• Bachelor’s degree in HVAC or Plumbing Engineering (or related mechanical disciplines).

Experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar technical/BIM role.

Language
• Good command of English.

Skills & Knowledge
• Solid understanding of HVAC and Plumbing design principles and installation methods in building projects.
• Proficient in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Dialux, Navisworks, and MS Office.
• Experience in a design consultancy or MEP contracting environment is an advantage.
