· Business operations support: Assist BOM in day to day business management matters (e.g. Development strategy, corporate strategy, project development, Operations management, KPI Management, delegation of authorities, Lean management). Follow up the progress of business; including but not limited to JVC KPI management, project progress management, critical task monitoring.
· Meeting management: Facilitate all business meetings following the meeting policy, procedure; Prepare and distribute agendas, meeting materials, and minutes for BOM meetings; coordinate scheduling and logistics for board and committee meetings.
· Reports management: Be responsible for coordinating, preparing all kinds of reports, such as weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual reports.
· Communication Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between BOD, BOM, HODs, and external partners; manage JVC related correspondence and inquiries on behalf of the BOM.
· University degree
· Demonstrate strong administrative and communication skills to build effective relationships with various stakeholders. Willing and able to be hands-on to complete assigned tasks.
· Highly organized, discreet, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with a strong understanding of real estate operations and terminology.
· English speaking and writing skills highly advantageous.
