• Develop and implement brand strategies, positioning, and marketing plans to drive brand growth and awareness.
• Lead the end-to-end process of new product development and launches, including market research, product concept creation, packaging design, pricing strategy, and go-to-market execution.
• Conduct market research to identify consumer insights, trends, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, R&D, and Production, to ensure brand alignment and successful execution.
• Manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, in-store promotions, and trade marketing.
• Develop and execute launch campaigns that drive brand awareness and consumer engagement, ensuring strong market penetration for new products.
• Monitor brand performance metrics and analyze sales data to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize marketing efforts.
• Work closely with advertising and media agencies to develop creative and impactful brand communication.
• Manage the brand’s P&L, ensuring budget efficiency and ROI-driven marketing investments.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to drive brand success.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Brand Management, preferably in the confectionery, FMCG, or food & beverage industry.
• Proven track record in launching successful new products and executing go-to-market strategies.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate consumer insights into actionable strategies.
• Experience in developing and executing 360-degree marketing campaigns (digital, ATL, BTL, trade marketing, etc.).
• Excellent project management and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in market research tools and data analysis.
• Creative mindset with a strong ability to think strategically.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
