We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Business Assistant to also take on General Affairs responsibilities. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to our clients and assist supervisors with translation between Chinese and Vietnamese.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative services to clients.

Assist supervisors with Chinese-Vietnamese translation.

Support general affairs tasks as needed.

Assist with basic accounting tasks.

Job Requirement

Requirements:

Proficient in Chinese and Vietnamese.

Certain understanding of basic accounting

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
