As a Business Development Manager, your primary focus will be driving sales growth by identifying and recruiting key leaders. You will build strong relationships with these leaders and their teams to foster collaboration and success. Your role will involve strategic planning where you will develop and implement effective sales strategies. You will monitor sales performance regularly, providing necessary follow-ups while adjusting strategies as required. Your ability to listen to field feedback will be crucial in conveying insights to management for continuous improvement. You will also conduct weekly training sessions with leaders on various topics such as product knowledge, marketing plans, and incentive programs.
- Identify and recruit key leaders to drive sales and growth
- Develop and implement sales strategies, proposals, and action plans
- Monitor sales performance and recruitment metrics
- Provide regular follow-ups, track results, and adjust strategies as needed
- Listen to field feedback and convey insights to management for improvement
- Conduct weekly sessions with leaders including training on products, marketing plans, and incentive programs
- Address and resolve issues related to inventory management, backend systems, and other operational challenges
Job Requirement
Qualifications:
- Experience in direct-selling business, sales or similar work environment preferred
- Ability to work with people across generations with diverse personalities
- Residing in Ho Chi Minh
- Willingness to travel across the Ho Chi Minh provinces
- Strong Sales Drive & Results Oriented mindset
- Excellent Communication & Good Interpersonal Skills.
- Must able to converse in basic English
- Proficient in Training and Presentation Skills
- Computer literate with basic knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing or Education preferre
