Business Development Representative – Construction Testing & Certification

Job Description

Join TÜV SÜD’s Building Lifecycle Services (BLS) to launch and grow our business in Vietnam. You will identify business opportunities, gather market intelligence, and build a network of partners and agents across the construction testing, inspection, and certification sector.

• Conduct market and competitor analysis in the T.I.C/building lifecycle services (design, construction, operation, maintenance, sustainability).
• Identify potential clients, partners, and business opportunities.
• Recruit and manage agents/distributors to drive growth.
• Represent BLS to clients, regulators, and associations.
• Develop a 90-day business development plan and build operations from the ground up.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in business development or market research (preferably TIC or construction).
• Strong networking, analytical, and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset; fluent in Vietnamese & English.
