Position Overview:

The Operations Specialist plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations for the technology engineering teams. This role involves supporting administrative and operational tasks, managing payment processes, coordinating internal requests, and ensuring that all operational workflows run efficiently. You will work closely with engineers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to keep projects and day-to-day activities on track.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle operational and administrative tasks to support technology engineering teams.
• Manage payment requests, vendor invoices, and expense tracking.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with internal operational processes and company policies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and maintain seamless operations.
• Support logistics for meetings, workshops, and company events.
• Identify and suggest process improvements for better team productivity.
• Provide ad-hoc support to ensure engineering teams can focus on product development.

Job Requirement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Technology, or related fields.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in operations, administration, or a related support role (experience in tech/fintech companies is a plus).
• Tech-savvy mindset with a willingness to learn about BFSI technology products.
• Open-minded and adaptable in a fast-paced working environment.
• Strong service-oriented and supportive spirit.
• Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of multi-tasking.
• Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
