Support the leaders to implement reports, analysis; manage sales effiency according to business strategy Private segments
Support Private Hub and RM Private in sales promotion programs and activities
Make daily, weekly, monthly reports to track business results and timely manage volatility. Support and track business results / plans for each RM / Private Hub / Business Unit supporting Private Customer service
Implement business policies/directions for sales staff, coordinate with relevant departments to come up with an effective set of sales targets / KPI/incentive policies
Support analysis of customer habits and number of products used/currently used, AuM, sales of products, services, portfolio of customers' assets and liabilities per each customer/ according to the customer portfolio managed by each RM... to support in-depth consulting services and exploit sales opportunities
Develop & execute learning & development programs for Private sales force and different channels
Support in tracking key products from time to time: support process and issues related to some strategic products.
Job Requirement
1. Trình độ Học vấn/ Educational Qualifications
University degree or higher in one of the followings: Banking, finance, business administration, investment, insurance.
2. Các Kinh nghiệm liên quan/ Relevant Experience
Experience in macro, micro analysis, business planning.
3. Kiến thức/ Chuyên môn có liên Quan/ Relevant Knowledge/ Expertise
Knowledgeable about products and services for priority customers, elite customers (individuals), especially deposits, investment, insurance, credit cards, loans
Specialization in intensive report analysis.

Good skills in data management and analysis in excel, CRM, SQM, Corebanking, ..., presentation and good at Word, Power point
Job management, sales support management.
