Job Description

Main Responsibilities

- Source and evaluate suppliers, ensure quality and ontime delivery

- Attend regional trade fairs and find new suppliers

- Manage orders and supply chain to secure shipments

Job Requirement

Basic Information

- Fluent English (must communicate directly with HQ and suppliers)

- Willing to travel frequently (mainly in Vietnam, also Thailand & Cambodia for fairs and supplier visits)

- Location: Binh Duong office or Shanghai if we search also in CN

- Reporting:
• Functionally reports to Germany HQ
• For travel, expenses, and HR issues reports to Vietnam Office Manager

Experience & Background
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience

- Worked in European trading/inspection companies or sourcing offices in Vietnam

- Strong knowledge of DIY market, especially promotion products (large quantity, low unit price, tight delivery)

- Experience in DIY hand tools and hardware market

- Familiar with packaging production and processes

- Experienced in factory audits, supplier communication, and price negotiation
