Job Summary
The C&B Specialist is responsible for managing payroll, insurance, tax compliance for Vietnam entities, supporting overseas payroll review, and contributing to headcount planning. The role also handles HR-related procedures required for ISO/CAP certifications to ensure compliance across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Payroll, Insurance & Tax (Vietnam Entities)
Manage monthly payroll processing for all Vietnam entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Handle mandatory social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance procedures.
Ensure PIT compliance and manage year-end tax finalization.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with Vietnam labor regulations.
Handle tasks related to 24/7 health insurance and annual health check-ups
2. Payroll Review (Overseas Entities)
Review and validate monthly payroll reports prepared by international offices.
Coordinate with local HR teams abroad to clarify payroll data, variances, and compliance requirements.
3. Headcount & Budget Support
Support HR and Finance teams in preparing annual headcount and manpower budgets.
Monitor headcount changes and provide regular updates/reports.
Assist in workforce planning and cost forecasting.
4. ISO / CAP Documentation & Process Compliance
Oversee HR-related procedures and documentation required for ISO, CAP, and other compliance audits.
Ensure HR processes meet internal and certification standards.
Coordinate with internal audit teams and external auditors during assessment periods.
5. Third-Party & New Country Setup Support
Explore and liaise with third-party payroll, tax, or HR service providers for new countries/entities.
Evaluate service options and make recommendations to ensure compliance and cost efficiency.
Coordinate onboarding and implementation of external vendors as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
2+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or HR Operations.
Strong knowledge of Vietnam labor law, insurance regulations, and PIT.
Experience working with multi-country payroll is a plus.
Good English communication skills.
