Job summary

As an C&B Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing C&B functions within our organization. This role requires level of professionalism, strategic thinking, hands-on and the ability to effectively collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

Job Description

1. Develop and implement HR policies, and procedures aligned with the company's goals and objectives e.g. recruitment, performance management systems.

2. Oversee the entire recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews.

3. Manage employee onboarding and off boarding processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws.

4. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.

5. Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards, and make recommendations for necessary updates to policies and practices.

6. Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs including payroll management, salary structures and employee welfare initiatives.

7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, payroll information, and attendance records.

8. Stay updated on HR and employment law trends, and ensure that the company's policies and practices remain in compliance with changing regulations.

9. Prepare HR-related reports and metrics for management review and decision-making purposes.

Job Requirement

Job Specification

1.      Hold at least bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2.      Having minimum from 3 years proven experience as an HR and GA Supervisor or similar role, having experience in the  furniture manufacturing is a plus.

3.      In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
