RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Overseeing payroll operations for the Head office.
· Managing the HR database and ensuring proper filing in accordance with document control procedures.
· Administering leave policies and ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
· Handling the current HR system and supporting the implementation of a new HR system.
· Taking charge of monthly and annual Personal Income Tax (PIT) calculations, including the registration of Head office employees for PIT purposes.
· Leading HR projects aligned with the annual HR strategies and plans.
· Generating HR reports as required by the Finance department, Regional teams, and the Board of Directors.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Demonstrated experience in Compensation and Benefits, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
· Thorough understanding of legal requirements, payroll calculations, and HR processes.
· Proficiency in implementing and utilizing HR management systems and databases.
· Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in data management, along with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
· Proficient in utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite.
· Ability to develop HR dashboards and generate reports.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is highly advantageous.
