o Responsible for developing cutting patterns for new designs each season.

o Apply techniques, monitor, and improvement to ensure product quality.

o Support the sewing line in pattern design, sample making using better technique, and setting up the production process.

o Effectively coordinate with the development and production departments to ensure a smooth workflow.

o Assist the product development team, participate in pattern-making and tooling process, ensure product samples are delivered on time and meet technical requirements.

Job Requirements

o   At least 3 years of experience in the garment manufacturing industry.

o   In-depth knowledge of cushion cover design is preferrable.

o   Proficient in one of the following design software programs: Gerber or Optitex.

o   Able to use Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) for data analysis, report creation, and presentations.

Environment

·       Position is located in and office setting at HCM and Long An (Tay Ninh), Vietnam plant.

Essential physical requirements

·       Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

·       Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
