CEO ASSISTANT

Job Description

1. CEO Support & Coordination

• Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and work arrangements.
• Attend meetings on behalf of the CEO to gather information, update records, and ensure follow-up actions (via Microsoft Teams and email).
• Coordinate communication with employees to ensure timely responses and actions.
• Plan and arrange business trips, client visits, and hospitality activities.
• Organize lunches, client dinners, and special company events.

2. Personal Assistance

• Handle family-related needs such as visas, passports, bookings, and travel arrangements.
• Oversee residence care, maintenance, and development projects.
• Assist with personal purchases and manage related banking transactions.

Job Requirement

• Have 2 years experience in the same position
• Good at English skills: writing, speaking. 
• Experience in handling projects, negotating with suppliers
• Organized and positive energy-wise 
• Ability to perform well under pressure and stress
• Honest, hardworking and flexible personality;
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
