Lead and monitor the Puma sample approval process.
Ensure all team members' tasks and responsibilities are completed correctly, on time, and are up to date.
Train and develop the skills of the CFT staff.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet goals, timelines, and KPIs for sample approval and shipment to Puma.
Communicate with the cross-functional team (Sample Room, Technical, Pattern, Quality, and Production) about any internal or external issues, delays, or problems, and establish corrective actions.
Job Requirement
1.University/College Degree in Sewing Technology and Production Management Field.
2. (English proficiency: good, can speak and write report
3.Good in MS office skill: Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook mail
4.Have experience in Sewing production management is a big plus, Pattern reading, sample making and Garments technical, Quality standards
5.Have knowledge about Customer standards: Puma,Hugo Boss, Descente, Anta is a plus.
