Job Description

Lead and oversee the group-wide accounting function, ensuring accurate and timely reporting in compliance with VAS and IFRS.
Manage and mentor senior accounting leaders, including Accounting Operations and Tax, driving accountability and performance across teams.
Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close and consolidation for all group entities.
Ensure full compliance with statutory, tax, and group reporting requirements.
Maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions, supporting credit facilities, KYC, and daily banking operations.
Act as the key liaison with external auditors, tax authorities, and internal control for audits and regulatory reviews.
Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of accounting systems, internal controls, and SOPs.
Review and approve financial statements, disclosures, and management reports for the Board and Executive team.
Partner with the CFO and Strategic Finance on transformation initiatives, ERP migration, IPO readiness, and M&A due diligence.
Support business planning, budgeting, and strategic decision-making through timely and accurate management reporting.
Drive training, knowledge sharing, and capability development within the accounting function.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification (mandatory).
10+ years of experience in accounting & finance, including 3+ years in a Chief Accountant or senior leadership role.
Strong experience in group reporting, consolidation, and multi-entity structures.
Solid knowledge of VAS and IFRS.
Proven experience leading audits, tax inspections, and compliance reviews.
Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite is a plus).
Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
