1.As the Senior Sales Rep., you will be central to achieving our ambitious revenue goals in Europe. You’ll handle everything from setting sales targets to ensuring that we’re meeting or exceeding them through targeted strategies and a clear analysis of the market landscape. Success in this role will require a hands-on approach and the ability to adapt quickly to new insights or market shifts.
2. You’ll work directly with clients to understand their needs, ensure they’re satisfied, and solidify TEKCOM’s position as their preferred partner in the plywood industry.
3. We’ll look to you to bring insights into the latest trends, understand competitor strategies, and identify untapped opportunities that we can capitalize on. Europe’s plywood market is unique, and you’ll need a strategic mindset to navigate it effectively.
4. You’ll work closely with the Sales Manager to ensure our plans are aligned with the broader company goals, allowing us to track progress, adjust as necessary, and stay on target
5. Close collaboration with internal teams, including CS, product development, marketing, and logistics, to ensure we’re meeting our clients’ needs with the best possible products and services.
Education
· Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Experience
· At least 3 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in an international or multinational environment.
· Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
· A solid understanding of European markets will be a plus.
Skills/ Personalities
Other Requirements
· Willingness to travel, both domestically and internationally
· Flexibility in work hours to accommodate overseas clients
· Experience with CRM tools and sales software would be beneficial. The ability to speak a European language in addition to English is a plus
· Experience in an MNC or a foreign company is preferred, ensuring a strong understanding of diverse cultural dynamics and global business practices.
