Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and onboarding

+ Coordinate job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.

+ Communicate with candidates about the interview result.

+ Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new employees.

+ Manage candidate porfollio.

2. Compensation & Benefits

+ Manage timesheet and other such as annual leave, sick leave, overtime…

+ Do payroll monthly and solve employees’ concerns.

+ Monitor and update social insurance, PIT.

+ Update latest regulations about compensation and benefits.

+ Process employee termination.

3. Employees’ relations

+ Manage employees’ profile like personal information, offer letter, probation contracts, labour contracts…

+ Perform procedure of resignation, transfer, promotion.

+ Monitor assets and equipments to employees.

+ Main contact for employees’ inquiries and concerns.

4. Training and compliance

+ Organize training for employees.

+ Maintain training records and evaluate effectiveness.

+ Comply to labour laws and internal regulations.

+ Assist with audits and reporting requirements.

5. HR activities and reporting

+ Manage HR tools and make reports.

+ Support HR Manager to improve HR process.

+ Organize company’s events such as seminars, teambuilings, parties…

Job Requirement

·       Bachelor's degree in Human resources, business administration or related field.

·       At least 2 years of HR or related role in a manufacturing environment.

·       Strong understanding of labour laws and HR practices. 

·       Good at communication, management time, solving problem and interpersonal skills.

·       Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

·       Can communicate in English is a plus.
