-Collaborate with all Department Managers to identify manpower needs.
-Collaborate with all Department Managers to prepare job descriptions for roles.
-Posting the vacancies job to find the candidates
-Coordinate mass recruitment for peak production seasons including using the labor supplying service.
-Lead onboarding for new comers ensuring compliance with labor regulations and company standards.
B. Training & Development
-Identify training needs in company
-Coordinate mandatory trainings such as ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.)
-Develop or update training materials tailored to each department.
-Track training attendance and effectiveness through assessments and supervisor feedback.
-Maintain training records in compliance with ISO standards.
C. HR Support
-Support initiatives to reduce turnover, improve worker morale, and strengthen workforce stability.
-Assist in performance evaluation processes for line workers and supervisors.
-Participate in audits related to HR compliance (internal or customer audits).
Job Requirement
Education & Experience
*Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Industrial Management, or related fields.
*3–5 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
*Experience with high-volume recruitment and factory staffing is an advantage.
Key Skills
*Strong communication and interview skills.
*Understanding of manufacturing workflows and factory positions.
*Ability to train employees with varying education levels.
*Knowledge of labor laws.
*Strong organizational skills, especially in coordinating large groups.
*Proficiency in MS Office and in HR systems is an advantage
