Introduction:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CA/FO (Clinic Assistant/ Customer Service) to join our team. This position plays an important role as a facilitator so that communication between doctors and patients can take place smoothly in the clinic community. The ideal candidate will have good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Main duties:
- Greetings and welcoming patients, managing appointment schedules, providing general information to patients regarding Chiropractic and Wellness.
- Maintains patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information.
- Must exercise utmost diplomacy to provide excellent customer service for patients; Practices confidentiality and privacy protocols in accordance to Clinic policies.
- Performing designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system: Issue daily invoices, managing cash float, credit card payment...
- Preparing paperwork and supporting claims for patient with insurance for direct and non-direct billing.
- Assist Chiropractors, therapists, nurses in communicating with Vietnamese patients.
- Translate document from English to Vietnamese.
- Co-ordinate patient flows to assure the smooth transfer between Doctor’s room and other departments.
- Maintain patient satisfaction by addressing patients’ feedback, clarifying their concerns and inquiries.
- Expand other service at clinic to all patients.
- Other task if needed or required by manager.
