• Manage the CEO’s schedule, meetings, and travel arrangements, ensuring efficient time management.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials for meetings with investors, partners, and stakeholders.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive business matters.
• Take meeting minutes, track action points, and follow up on key initiatives.
2. Business Development & Partnership Liaison
• Assist the CEO in developing a new business model for healthcare services.
• Research and identify potential partners, investors, and business opportunities to expand the clinic’s operations.
• Act as a primary liaison between the CEO and external stakeholders, including government agencies, healthcare providers, and strategic partners.
• Support contract negotiations, partnership discussions, and business agreements.
3. Clinic Operations & Project Coordination
• Assist in setting up and optimizing clinic operations, ensuring efficiency in workflows.
• Oversee special projects, monitor timelines, and ensure key milestones are met.
• Conduct market research on healthcare trends, competitive landscape, and emerging business opportunities.
• Work closely with internal teams to align operational strategies with business goals.
4. AI & Technology Utilization
• Use AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI, Microsoft Copilot) to streamline workflow and enhance productivity.
• Assist in automating scheduling, email filtering, and document management for the CEO.
• Leverage data analysis and AI insights to support decision-making.
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in healthcare business operations, clinic management, or executive assistance in a healthcare setting.
• Experience working in hospital groups, healthcare startups, or membership-based healthcare businesses is a plus.
Skills & Competencies
