Job Description

Oversee the Lean/Continuous Improvement team to ensure meet their goals and objectives.
Lead Lean/Continuous Improvement workshops to promote improvements and cost savings.
Conduct Lean/Continuous Improvement training to foster a culture and mindset aligned with Lean/Continuous Improvement principles.
Develop and implement plans for Lean/Continuous Improvement activities in line with the operational strategy.
Pinpoint and initiate improvement projects across various operational areas.

Gender: Male; Age: under 45 years old
Graduated from university major in Industrial Management, Engineering, or a related field
Have 3-5 years of experience in the same position at electronics manufacturing companies
Experience using SPC and fundamental tools, including PDCA, 8D, and Kaizen
Experienced in utilizing Lean tools
Skilled in training on the 8 wastes and consistently applying this knowledge.
Good command of English
