Job Description

  • Oversee the Lean/Continuous Improvement team to ensure meet their goals and objectives.
  • Lead Lean/Continuous Improvement workshops to promote improvements and cost savings.
  • Conduct Lean/Continuous Improvement training to foster a culture and mindset aligned with Lean/Continuous Improvement principles.
  • Develop and implement plans for Lean/Continuous Improvement activities in line with the operational strategy.
  • Pinpoint and initiate improvement projects across various operational areas.

Job Requirement

  • Gender: Male; Age: under 45 years old
  • Graduated from university major in Industrial Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Have 3-5 years of experience in the same position at electronics manufacturing companies
  • Experience using SPC and fundamental tools, including PDCA, 8D, and Kaizen
  • Experienced in utilizing Lean tools
  • Skilled in training on the 8 wastes and consistently applying this knowledge.
  • Good command of English
