Costing Supervisor (Purchasing Finance Business Partner )

Job Description

• Assist the Senior Finance Manager and act as a business partner with role focusing on Localization project and other reports from Purchasing Finance team.
• Understand the details thoroughly to supervise/ train new Purchasing Finance team members and coordinate with Regional team/ PRC team to ensure the accuracy of data reported on behalf of Purchasing team including (but not limited to) Volume, Spend, Localization status of Commodity.
• Develop routine report for Vietnam Purchasing team including Saving reports and other KPI for Purchasing team, focusing on Vietnam suppliers.
• Involve in the development of Vietnam suppliers including Supplier visit, Supplier Operation Analysis. Support in analyzing Supplier Cost Break Down and provide suggestion of cost improvement from Supplier costing information. Be able to work with other groups (Engineering, NPD, PMC, Operation Finance and Account Payable…) to analyze costing information.
• Act as a Partner with all groups of Purchasing in Vietnam (Advance Sourcing, Commodity Purchasing, Supply Chain Development) and be able to provide Finance advice/ information to help with the decision making process.
• Support all members of Purchasing department with variance and root cause analysis.
• Support with ad-hoc reports from different levels of management.
• Support other team members in preparing detailed reports to meet tight deadline.
• Support the Senior Finance Manager with upcoming special projects and efficiently communication with different teams to reach target deadline.

Job Requirement

1. Academic
   • Bachelor Degree, major in Finance/ Accounting
   • Fluent in English (Business communication ). Knowledge of Mandarin/ Cantonese is a plus
   • Must have strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite
   • Must have strong experience with ERP system
   • Good presentation skills
2. Years of experience
   • At least 6 years experience in Finance/ Management Accounting in which at least 3-4 years in Manufacturing environment
   • Experience working in a Multi-national company
   • At least 2 year of directly leading a team
3. Special knowledge
   • Experience with Standard Costing system and BOM analysis.
   • Very good interpersonal skill
   • Very good Problem solving and multi-tasking skill
