• Managing sales teams and meeting sales objectives
• Make action plans of sales activities weekly/monthly
• Finding new potential clients and regularly to conduct sales meeting.
• Develop the markets, executing sales strategies to achieve company goals
• Negotiating contracts with clients and report to Senior Country Manager to finalize deals
• Provide sales training and technical products knowledge, to educate the sales teams
• Establishing new business, follow up and retain the existing clients
• Reviewing sales staffs performance and maintaining accurate records
• Meets sales target. Goals and objectives set by Company

Job Requirement

• Strong knowledge of professional selling, at least 3 years’ experience at forklift fields
• Good managing skill
• Effective communication skill, good interpersonal skill
• Able to work independently, high teamwork and sense of responsibility
• Good ability in dealing with clients
• Performance orientated attitude
• Computer literate and can use Microsoft office
• Good communication in English
