Creative Content Specialist

Job Description

1. Content Creation & Storytelling

• Write and edit content for website, social media, brochures, and newsletters.
• Support in developing case studies, success stories, and product-related articles.
• Work with the design team to produce ad creatives and campaign assets.

2. Digital Marketing Support

• Collaborate with SEO and digital team to publish and optimize articles.
• Assist in content planning for product launches, promotions, and customer campaigns.
• Maintain the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of materials.

3. Social Media & Community Engagement

• Create posts for Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Monitor industry trends and suggest fresh ideas for content.
• Support community engagement by responding to comments and inquiries.

4. Analytics & Improvement

• Track content performance (reach, engagement, leads).
• Provide basic reports and suggest improvements.
• Stay updated on best practices in digital marketing and content creation.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
• 1–2 years of experience in content marketing, social media, or digital marketing.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills in both Vietnamese and English.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and digital ads is a plus.
• Familiarity with design/content tools (Canva, Adobe, CapCut, etc.).
• Creativity, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
