1/ Minimum Background/ Experienced Required
· 6 - 8 years business experience including heavy emphasis on analytics or equivalent combination of education and experience. Relevant functional backgrounds included: CRM, Marketing Analysis, Marketing Response Modeling, Database Marketing/Operations, or Statistical Modeling & Forecasting.
· Relevant business experience required with demonstrated understanding of database marketing strategies.
· Proven success in presenting complex data to non-technical, senior leaders in an organization.
2/ Soft Skills:
· Leadership: Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
· Strong verbal and written communications skills include the ability to translate complex data and findings into clear, concise language and actionable insights suitable for a variety of audiences including executive leadership.

3/ Technical Skills:
· Experience working with Salesforce Cloud platform (Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud) strongly preferred.
· Expertise required of modeling tools, transactional and SKU-level data, CRM technologies, and segmentation/targeting strategies.
· Advanced proficiency with Word, Access, PowerPoint and Excel is essential.
· Familiar with processing mapping tools
· Experience with marketing database platforms and campaign management tools required.
· Understanding of ROI principles is strongly preferred.
· Database querying (e.g., SQL), and Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
