Job Description

  • Organize and implement CSR programs and activities in line with approved plans and the CSR Department’s committed targets.

  • Provide recommendations for CSR planning and prepare external CSR market research reports for the Head of Department.

  • Develop programs and strengthen company relationships with community groups, charities, and potential partner organizations to connect resources, mobilize funding, and support the company’s CSR initiatives.

  • Manage content and organize communications activities and campaigns for CSR projects.

  • Track, monitor, and report on the progress and communication plans for sponsorships and CSR-related events.

  • Organize and implement internal CSR programs according to the department’s overall plan.

  • Research and propose internal CSR initiatives and activities.

  • Ensure adherence to customer HSE requirements, including assessment standards (e.g., CTPAT, Higg Index, ZDHC).

  • Establish and oversee the operations of functional safety teams: occupational safety and hygiene committee, fire-fighting team, first aid team, ISO/HSE volunteers, etc.

  • Prepare HSE documentation and reports as required; support internal audits and customer audits.

  • Prepare materials and accompany customer representatives during audits and factory visits.

Job Requirement

• Diploma or higher in a technical field (e.g. Fire & Rescue, Occupational Safety, Industrial Safety, Environmental Engineering, chemical).

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in HSE, safety, or health management roles.

• Basic English communication skills; Chinese proficiency is an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.

• High sense of responsibility, proactive and adaptable; able to work under pressure.

• Strong teamwork, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
