1. Customer & Partnership Development
1.1 Customer development
- Customer acquisition: Develop strategies to attract new customers through targeted outreach, promotions, and marketing efforts.
- Customer retention & loyalty programs: Design and manage loyalty initiatives to enhance customer retention and repeat purchases.
- Boost category penetration: By promoting underutilized product lines, driving larger and more diverse purchases.
- Data-driven insights: Analyze customer data and trends to identify opportunities for personalization and upselling.
1.2 Partnership development
- Identify strategic partnerships: Research and identify potential partners (brands, platforms, hospital or others retailers…) that can help recruit new customers.
- Customer-focused collaborations: Develop and execute partnership initiatives that are primarily focused on customer acquisition, including referral programs, co-branded marketing campaigns, and incentive-driven collaborations
- Negotiate & manage agreements: Lead partnership negotiations and manage ongoing relationships with partners to ensure mutual value and growth.
2. Collaboration & Leadership
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with related teams to ensure cohesive customer and partnership strategies.
- Team leadership: Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices for customer engagement and partnership management.
- Performance tracking: Monitor KPIs related to customer satisfaction, partnership performance, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business administration, Economics or related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of managerial experience (line manager) in business development, customer relationship management, or partnership development.
- Strong analytical skills coupled with project management and planning skills.
- Deep understanding of retail market dynamics, trends, and consumer behavior.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with experience managing partnerships.
- Dynamic working and pro-activeness at work and multi-tasking skills.
