Liaise with clients/ GBL for all correspondence including inquiries, quotations, receipt of orders, payment.
Strengthen relationship with clients; receive their feedback and have proper actions; coordinate with Vietnam Hardlines Lab Manager to settle client complains and claims.
Define potential clients and approach them via phones, emails, etc.
Initiate promotion schemes and other marketing activities.
Support Administrators with invoices, reports if required.
Continuous updating and filing of all documents in Vietnam Hardlines Lab / Inspection Hardlines including File Management Checklist and W/O book.
Support the Section Heads and Sector Manager with other duties as directed by the Section Heads and Sector Manager.
Job Requirement
Minimum 2 years’ experience in sale activities.
Experience with import/export service, prefer with sale for Commercial / Government service.
Good in English writing, reading, communication.
High responsibility for ensuring operation activities and on-time service.
Arrange & responsibility for sale plan (f2f meeting, calling, email) and report timely to Section Manager.
Good organization, presentation, willing to learn new service.
Experienced in sale service of diversified business. Preferably to understand in inspection scope.
Independently working, dealing well with client complaints.
Good connection with other business lines of Intertek & external resources.
Independence working, honestly, strong sense of responsibility.
