JOB DESCRIPTION
REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge
Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Marketing, English or Foreign Language Studies, Public Relations, Economics, or related fields.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Proficient in English (TOEIC 650 / IELTS 5.5).
Skills
Strong communication skills.
Problem-solving skills.
Time-management skills.
Strong team spirit with the ability to coordinate across departments.
Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving high customer satisfaction.
Experience
Approximately 1 year of work experience (fresh graduates are welcome).
