• Handle inbound calls, assist customers with information, services, and products.
• Manage and update customer information in the system.
• Coordinate delivery schedules, optimize routes and frequencies based on actual demand.
• Process orders, track deliveries, and collaborate with Logistics & DSP.
• Handle promotional orders, giveaways, and returns per procedures.
• Address customer inquiries regarding products, services, and sales programs.
• Follow up on overdue payments, assist with invoice and document issues.
• Manage contracts and related documents in compliance with regulations.
• Monitor customer activity, support contract termination when necessary.
• Provide reports and data upon request.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
