Receive and proactively provide consultation/introduce suitable products based on customer requests through VietJet Air’s hotline, email, website, etc.
Handle inquiries and complaints related to service usage or service quality such as booking, seat changes, upgrades, refunds, etc.
Record and forward customer requests to the relevant department/system with full details as per company procedures.
Collect and summarize customer feedback to improve service quality.
Perform other tasks assigned by direct management; willing to work on a 24/7 shift schedule.

Age: 20–35.
Basic English communication skills.
Education: College diploma or higher. No prior experience required.
Proficient in office computing.
Good communication skills, clear and neutral accent (no regional dialects).
Responsible, hardworking, willing to learn, and attentive.
Able to work on rotating shifts (24/7).
