Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

  • Customs procedure for RM moving transactions (re-export, re-purpose, scrap disposal,…)
  • Quarterly reconcile data for customs settlement report
  • Customs settlement report

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform customs procedure of EPE for re-export, re-purpose, temp-import/ re-export, temp-export/ re-import, …
  • Control other transaction related to Customs settlement report, such as free of charge, re-export, re-purpose and pay tax, scrap, or dispose material/ finished goods
  • Perform customs procedure of scrap disposal,
  • Daily collect customs data to reconcile with ORC
  • Quarterly reconcile data for customs settlement report to ensure data accuracy
  • Perform Customs settlement report (form 15, 15a, 16, list of RM, FGs,…)
  • Follow up the process to reconcile the import/export data weekly to ensure accuracy or correct data on time
  • Analyst actual Bill of Material from production weekly and build up the actual BOM for Customs settlement report
  • Effective communication with the concerned parties to ensure the in-out transaction comply with Customs law
  • Understanding the government rules, Free Trade Agreement to define the Country of Origin of finished goods or to apply the Certificate of Origin
  • Identify enhancement opportunities and suggest solutions for improvement to management
  • In addition to the duties listed above, the position holder must carry out other tasks assigned by his/ her linear superior for back-up.

Job Requirement

REQUIREMENTS:

  • University degree in business administration, Economics, customs colleges or related majors
  • At least 3 years works in the same scope (customs settlement report)
  • At least 5 years works in the scope of import export in an international company
  • Good knowledge of customs regulation
  • Computer knowledge (excel, word, PPT,…) able to use VNACCS software
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Logical thinking, analytical skills
  • Time management
  • Teamwork, supportive and corporative sense, responsibility
