Job Description

Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for a Data Analytics Assistant Manager (ID18200, 900USD):

Consolidate and standardize data from the Management System (service & parts).
Build dashboards and reports to track performance and highlight key issues
Analyze the effectiveness of after-sales campaigns (e.g., promotions, customer care) and provide actionable recommendations
Act as the key data liaison for the After-Sales team, working closely with other departments on projects such as Vehicle Connected Systems, CRM, and dealer systems.
Prepare and update periodic performance reports, including standardized PDCA reports
Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in data/business analysis.
Strong proficiency in data visualization tools, especially Power BI.
Good command of English (TOEIC ≥ 600 or equivalent); able to conduct interviews in English.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
