Database Management Executive

Job Description

To manage and maintain the integrity of product and sales data by ensuring accurate database control, standardizing data sources, and supporting system-related tasks.

1. Database Management:

• Strengthen database control and build standardized data sources.
• Maintain and update product data in both the system and Excel.
• Upload product data and hierarchy into the system accurately.

2. Data Processing and Verification:

• Set up and update markdown/promotion schemes in the system (AX).
• Retrieve, check, and verify daily and monthly sales and gross profit (GP) data by store.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of product data before system upload.

3. System and Issue Management:

• Work with the IT team to resolve system issues and follow up with relevant teams on database issues.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure accurate and timely data processing.

4. Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.

Job Requirement

• More than 1 years of experience in database management or a related field.
• Proficiency in database systems, Excel, and data processing.
• Strong ability to manage and maintain data accuracy and integrity.
• Capable of resolving system issues and collaborating with IT teams.
• High attention to detail in data verification and maintenance.
• Proactive in working with the Store team to address and resolve issues.
• Good command at English speaking and writing
