Event Coordination: Plan, organize, and execute a diverse range of events, including but not limited to student assemblies, cultural celebrations, academic competitions, sports tournaments events across all six campuses.
Proposing, planning, and effectively implementing complementary marketing programs for students and parents of the system to increase brand value and attract new parents and students.
Venue Management: Coordinate with internal stakeholders to secure appropriate venues for events, ensuring logistical requirements are met, and necessary permits or permissions are obtained.
Vendor Relations: Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and service providers to secure necessary resources, negotiate contracts, and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards.
Student Event Activity Supervision: Organize and actively participate in the supervision of student event activities to ensure smooth operations, adherence to event guidelines, and the safety and well-being of all participants.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks or challenges associated with events and implement proactive measures to mitigate these risks, ensuring the safety and security of all attendees.
Post-Event Evaluation: Conduct post-event debrief sessions to gather feedback, evaluate event success against predefined metrics, and identify areas for improvement in future event planning efforts.
Budget Oversight: Assist in the development of event budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure adherence to financial guidelines throughout the planning and execution process.
Job Requirement
Qualification : Bachelor Degree
Major: Related majors: Marketing, Advertising, Event, Economics
English skills: Good communication, reading and writing
Other requirements: Having knowledge of Digital, Mobile Marketing, having good connection with press is an advantage.
Priority experience in an equivalent position in education, services, and experience working in Event agencies
